Blitzstock is committed to providing high-quality surplus and liquidation merchandise at competitive prices. As a reseller operating within the secondary market, our inventory is sourced from a variety of channels, including overstock, shelf-pulls, returns, and excess inventory from major retailers.
Because of the nature of these sourcing methods, warranty coverage may differ from products purchased through authorized primary retail channels.
Products sold on Blitzstock.com are obtained through secondary market distribution. As a result:
- Many items may not include a manufacturer’s warranty
- Original manufacturer warranties, if applicable, may be void or limited
- Warranty eligibility is determined solely by the original manufacturer, not Blitzstock
Blitzstock does not guarantee that any product sold will be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
If a product does include manufacturer warranty support, any claims must be:
- Submitted directly to the original manufacturer
- Reviewed and approved according to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions
- Handled solely between the customer and the manufacturer
Blitzstock is not responsible for processing, approving, or facilitating manufacturer warranty claims.
Blitzstock sells products “as-is” and “as available”, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing.
We do not provide:
- Extended warranties
- Service contracts
- Repair guarantees
- Replacement guarantees beyond our stated return policy
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, condition notes, and specifications before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of liquidation and surplus inventory:
- Products may show signs of prior handling or repackaging
- Packaging may be damaged, replaced, or missing
- Accessories or manuals may not always be included
These factors may affect eligibility for manufacturer warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blitzstock shall not be held liable for:
- Any defects or malfunctions covered (or not covered) under a manufacturer’s warranty
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
- Any denial of warranty claims by the manufacturer
By purchasing from Blitzstock.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand the nature of secondary market goods
- Warranty coverage is not guaranteed
- Any available warranty support must be handled directly with the manufacturer
