The Arcshell AR-7 is a 4-pack of rechargeable two-way radios designed for professional and personal communication needs. These walkie-talkies feature a compact and lightweight design measuring 5.31 inches in height, 2.17 inches in width, and 1.02 inches thick, weighing approximately 6.21 ounces each. Each unit includes a removable belt clip for convenient carrying. The radios operate on 16 channels with identical frequencies preset out of the box. Channel selection is managed through a 16-position mechanical rotary switch, accompanied by a synthesized voice announcement of the channel number. Communication range extends up to 5 miles in open terrain with minimal obstructions, though actual range may vary in congested areas. Each radio is powered by a 1500mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing approximately 8 to 96 hours of operation depending on transmission usage. Charging is accomplished via an included charging dock with an AC wall adapter compatible with 100v-240v power systems, requiring about 2.5 hours for a full charge.
