A+D Original Diaper Rash Ointment is a pediatrician-recommended skin protectant designed to prevent and treat diaper rash. The formula contains Vitamins A and D, along with lanolin, to soothe, moisturize, and protect sensitive skin. It creates a thick, non-greasy barrier that helps seal out wetness, a primary cause of diaper rash. This gentle ointment can also be used to relieve discomfort from chapped, chafed, or cracked skin on various areas, including feet and lips. The product is free of parabens, dyes, and phthalates. It comes in a 4-ounce tube. For use, wash the affected area with soap and water, pat dry, and then apply the ointment.
