Citrucel Fiber Therapy Powder is a dietary fiber supplement designed to provide relief from occasional constipation. It contains 100% soluble, non-fermentable methylcellulose fiber, which helps treat irregularity without causing excess gas. This gluten-free powder is orange-flavored for a pleasant taste. Each rounded tablespoon provides 2 grams of methylcellulose fiber, along with 80 mg of calcium and 110 mg of potassium. To use, mix one rounded tablespoon (for adults and children 12+) or 2.5 level teaspoons (for children 6-11) into at least 8 ounces of water or juice, stir briskly, and drink promptly. It can be taken up to three times daily as needed. Results typically occur within 12 to 72 hours of use.
