It is formulated with a 1% Hydrating Hibiscus Complex, along with pomegranate, blueberry, and goji berry extracts, to deliver lasting hydration without clogging pores. The breathable formula is non-comedogenic and is designed to avoid a cakey or heavy feel, making it suitable for dry, oily, and combination skin types. This product is available in 36 shades to accommodate a wide range of skin tones. The foundation comes in a 1 fl oz (approximately 30 ml) bottle. All e.l.f. products are free from phthalates, parabens, nonylphenol ethoxylates, triclosan, triclocarban, and hydroquinone.
