The Metabo HPT NT50AE2M is an 18-gauge cordless brad nailer that drives 5/8-inch to 2-inch brad nails. It operates on a 18V battery platform (battery and charger sold separately), providing cordless convenience for trim work, cabinetry, and other finish applications. The tool features a selective actuation switch that allows for sequential or contact firing modes, giving the user control based on the task. It includes a depth adjustment dial for precise nail setting, a tool-less jam release mechanism for clearing misfed nails quickly, and a dry-fire lockout that prevents firing when the magazine is empty to protect the workpiece and driver blade.
