The PULACO 200Watt Aquarium Heater is a submersible heating device designed for freshwater fish tanks ranging from 25 to 50 gallons. This heater features a 2mm thickened quartz glass construction, which is 35% thicker than standard 1.5mm aquarium heaters, reducing the risk of damage during operation. The adjustable thermostat allows the user to set the water temperature to 66, 70, 74, 78, 82, 86, or 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The heater automatically shuts off when the preset temperature is reached and restarts heating when the water temperature drops, maintaining a consistent environment. Measuring 11 inches in length with a 5.2-foot power cord, it operates on a standard 110-120V electrical supply. Installation is straightforward and flexible, as the unit can be mounted at any angle within the tank using the two provided suction cups. For safe operation, the heater must be fully submerged and should be unplugged 15 minutes before removal or during tank cleaning. This product is appropriate for use in standard home aquarium setups.
