The Hyperborean [DVD]

The Hyperborean is a comedic mystery film presented in an alien-invasion thriller style. The story follows crisis manager Mr. Denbok, who is hired by the late Hollis Cameron to construct a believable story to protect the Cameron family from criminal exposure. The events center on a disastrous family business retreat involving the launch of Cameron Whiskey's legacy single malt, which was aged in oak casks recovered from a 170-year-old sunken Arctic ship. As Mr. Denbok interviews family members, three suspicious deaths occur after a controversial succession. The plot involves a drunk, laser-shooting, ice-mummy alien on a murderous rampage.
