Welmedix HomeCare PRO Fragile Skin Protective Ointment is a hospital-grade skin care product designed to protect, soothe, and condition dry, cracked, chapped, and irritated skin. It contains a proprietary blend of medicated petrolatum and dimethicone, combined with natural botanicals including calendula oil, aloe vera, coconut oil, and soybean oil. The ointment creates a protective barrier against external irritants while allowing oxygen flow, supporting the skin's natural healing process. It is formulated to help prevent skin rash and protect fragile skin affected by incontinence, eczema, psoriasis, scleroderma, heat rash, and chafing. Suitable for use from head to toe, it can be applied to severely dry areas such as feet, heels, hands, elbows, and knees, as well as on pressure points like the back, hips, and shoulders. It can also be used for preventive wound care for minor cuts and burns, and as a diaper rash ointment. The product comes in a 5-ounce tube and is made in the USA.
